Invoice Chaser

Polite payment reminders that get you paid

Invoice Chaser is a tool for freelancers and small service businesses: upload unpaid invoices, pick a polite-to-firm reminder sequence, and it sends follow-ups through your own SMTP server. You mark an invoice paid and its reminders stop immediately.

Create a workspace

No account needed. Your workspace link is the key to your workspace.

Keep your workspace link private. The workspace link is the key — anyone with it can access it. Do not share it.

How it works

  1. Upload a CSV of unpaid invoices: debtor name, email, amount, due date, invoice id. Bad rows are reported one by one.
  2. Pick a sequence: 4 steps by default, from polite to firm. You can edit every word.
  3. Connect your own SMTP server: sending goes only through your server, never through ours.
  4. Mark paid, reminders stop: the moment a client pays, its sequence stops immediately.

Sending is capped at 100 emails per workspace per day. Every email is plain text, carries your own name and business as the sender, and includes a plain-text reply-to-stop instruction. No tracking pixels. We never invent late-fee threats or legal claims — your templates say only what you write.

Frequently asked questions

What is Invoice Chaser?

Invoice Chaser sends polite, escalating payment reminders for unpaid invoices. You upload a CSV, pick a reminder sequence, and it sends follow-ups through your own email server.

Do I need an account?

No. Each workspace has its own private link. That link is the key: anyone with it can access the workspace, so do not share it.

How does sending work?

Sending goes only through the SMTP server you connect. We never send mail through our own infrastructure, and we never contact anyone outside your invoice list.

What happens when a client pays?

Mark the invoice paid and its reminder sequence stops immediately. No further emails go out for that invoice.

Is there a sending limit?

Yes. Each workspace can send at most 100 emails per day.

Is my email password safe?

Your SMTP password is encrypted at rest and never logged. It is only used to send your own reminders.

Does Invoice Chaser track opens or clicks?

No. Emails are plain text with no tracking pixels.
