What is Invoice Chaser?
Invoice Chaser sends polite, escalating payment reminders for unpaid invoices, follows up quotes until they are accepted, and shows outstanding money, aging and recovery rate on a dashboard. You upload a CSV, pick a reminder sequence, and it sends follow-ups through your own email server.
Do I need an account?
No. Each workspace has its own private link and works with no account. Signing in (free, with an emailed code) adds a dashboard across workspaces, quotes and billing.
How does sending work?
Sending goes only through the SMTP server you connect. We never send mail through our own infrastructure, and we never contact anyone outside your invoice list.
What happens when a client pays?
Mark the invoice paid and its reminder sequence stops immediately. No further emails go out for that invoice.
How much does it cost?
Free accounts get 20 invoices a month. Starter is $49 a month for 100 invoices, Growth is $79 a month for 500 invoices plus quote follow-up and SMS reminders. One-time top-up packs add SMS messages ($9 for 500) or invoices ($19 for 200).
Is there a sending limit?
Yes. Each workspace can send at most 100 emails per day. Monthly invoice limits depend on your plan: 20 free, 100 on Starter, 500 on Growth.
Is my email password safe?
Your SMTP password is encrypted at rest and never logged. It is only used to send your own reminders.
Does Invoice Chaser track opens or clicks?
No. Emails are plain text with no tracking pixels.
Do my clients pay through you?
No. Invoice emails only link to the payment page you set yourself, such as your own Stripe Payment Link. Debtor payments never flow through us.
