Questions

Frequently asked questions

What should I write in an overdue invoice email?

Keep it short and factual: invoice number, amount, due date, and a payment link. Start polite, get firmer over time, and never invent legal threats you will not follow through on.

How many follow-ups should I send?

Four is a good default: on the due date, then 3, 7 and 14 days later. Stop the moment the client pays.

Can I automate these?

Yes. Invoice Chaser sends these sequences automatically through your own email server — upload a CSV of unpaid invoices and it follows up until each one is marked paid.
